As a business leader, it's of great importance to me that I inspire those around me to be the very best they can be in their personal and professional lives by leaning into challenging goals and seeking support wherever they can.

Of course, I recognise that it's impossible to be everything to everyone, but I also believe that the greatest leaders are those who fuse skills in mentoring, and counselling with the imperative tools of listening, appreciating and asking incisive questions. My goal is to be this person in leadership and in life, so to exercise these skills, I take the time to mentor those inside and outside of my own business.
